Kelly Hsiao is an award-winning fine art photographer based in Maui, Hawai'i, specializing in the underwater realm. Defining her aesthetic as “floating surrealism,” Hsiao’s work harmonizes elements of the ocean, fashion, and aquatic performance into ethereal, figurative compositions.

A graduate of Pratt Institute in New York (BFA, Photography, 2000), Hsiao’s work has been exhibited internationally in cities including New York, San Francisco, Miami, and Barcelona. She is the recipient of international acclaim, including the prestigious Julia Margaret Cameron Award. Her artistic practice aims to engage viewers with a profound reverence for the marine environment, creating a visual language that invites dialogue between human artistry and the natural world.
